The basis for a coaching and mentoring relationship with us is having you perform an initial personal or business review accomplished at your own convenience.

This is simply about answering some important questions. And, it doesn't take much effort or time.
 
We suggest that you spend at least 30 minutes in thought and consideration: this is a good starting point for you.

Answer all the questions to the best of your ability by scoring yourself in three areas:
  1. How important is the content of the question to you?
  2. What is your achievement level today?
  3. Where do you want to be in twelve months?

There area a couple of things that you could do at this point:

Speaking with us is the next step. We call this an initial telephone conversation (i.e. see the first item in the table below). It will usually last for 30 to 60 minutes. We use it for the purpose of gaining an understanding of what is important to you and learning what you would like to accomplish. Pretty simple and straight-forward.
